Decatur Dekalb YMCA is a great place for working out on your own or participating in classes. The staff are knowledgeable and the facility is clean and inviting. You can always find a time if you want that it's not too crowded. Staff is helpful and parking is easy.

Great coaches, good equipment, wide variety of classes, clean facility, atmosphere of support and encouragement.
Men's locker room, and shower area especially, is too cold. I wish we could reserve at least one swim lane. Staff are generally very friendly. I did not like that the date when my dues are deducted from my checking account was arbitrarily changed. I could not get an answer at the time from anyone at the Y as WHEN it was supposed to be deducted.
I love the variety of exercise offerings. Everyone is really kind and your hours work for my schedule.

I love the pool for swimming laps and I love Kim’s yoga class and Joseph’s functional fitness class.

Pilates and swimming laps
I like the pilates classes and the pool for swimming laps.
I just enjoy being there and riding the stationery bike. I do a few machines. I am recovering from total knee replacement surgery.
Good news, bad news for pickle ballers. Good news: great competition and socialization. Bad news: nets are in really ooor shape, should be replaced
