What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love all of the group exercise classes! The teachers, especially Maura, Jan, Dwight and Monica are GREAT! My husband uses the bikes and weight room, as do our teens when they are home from school. The staff is friendly and we always get a warm welcome. The facility is clean and well-maintained. All in all a great place to work out!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Very clean and welcoming environment. The class selection and times are plentiful. I love the mix of activities and levels. I further appreciate that there are many class options for evenings and weekends. The instructors are great!

Its so welcoming and the staff is amazing! Went for the first time and the front desk showed me to the classroom and Andy was so nice in cycling!
