I really enjoy the staff, programs, and facilities, but the whirlpool could definitely use some attention. The tile has a noticeable buildup that makes it look less clean than it should be.

Water aerobics is amazing. Though you NEED to bring back the 7:00pm class. I have to call off work to take the 11:00am class. The class isn’t as good as Ms. Sherrill’s but it will do. I just don’t sweat as much and there isn’t much arm exercises. The facility is very clean. Not like other Y’s I’ve been to.( East Lake)
Sometimes your staff is so engaged with their “PRIVATE” conversations that they don’t acknowledge the guest.
