One minor complaint that I have is about the cleaning staff. Several times when using the family bathrooms, a staff member has knocked on a locked door or tried to open a locked door without knocking. There is a diagram on the outside of the door that indicates the door is locked if the lock is slanted or it is unlocked if the lock is level. Despite this, staff members have a habit of ignoring the diagram. Again, it's a minor complaint but it is annoying.
Variety and availability
Good personnel, friendly people, fine facilities, convenient location and reasonable costs.
It’s not very crowded.
Options
I really enjoy the group exercise classes. The instructors provide great direction and motivation. It is such a great value for the membership and the classes give a sense of community when you are a regular.
I mainly go to workout out but this location in my opinion has the best gym out of all the ymca’s I’ve been too. And the facility overall looks well kept.
