Our cross country move went well. I felt that the cost was reasonable for the services provided. All of our belongings were well packed and arrived with no damage. Inventory control by the mover meant that we were able to verify delivery of everything which also assisted with our resettlement at the new home. The moving team at all stages of this process were excellent to work with.
Found that the customer service was great. There were no hidden costs and everything went smoothly from the administration team to the movers. I was kept informed throughout the process.

This move was an odd move. The move was to move my Mother-in-law's belonging from the Edmonton area to us here in St. Anthony, NL. The odd part is, I was the one who started the move request while I am still in Newfoundland. My brother-in-law was the only one who had face to face contact with the movers as he was the "go between" QMM and myself and resides at the address the belongings were to be picked up. Arrangements for the move went smoothly, the pack and loads both went smoothly. Delivery to NL was delayed twice, once due to a ferry cancellation (we always expect that living here in NL), the other delay was due to an unforeseen mechanical break down that nobody has control over. The driver kept me in the loop by advising me as soon as each delay happened and of course advising me of expected delivery dates. From the initial contact with QMM right to the delivery, everyone involved did so in a very professional manner. If needed, yes I would use QMM again.

But throughout the process the movers as well as move coordinators had no issues answering my questions concerns and even making changes when requested they really helped take alot of the stress out of cross country relocation.

On time delivery & only one item damaged (which was expected as it was a large Ikea cabinet). Guys worked hard to get items moved in & put together as quickly & as safely as possible. You get what you pay for with QMM.
Very good experience with everyone associated with the move - the local job estimator, the coordinator in Vancouver, the packers, and the truck crew. All were courteous and friendly. Got great follow up on our queries. The activities met our schedule, and the delivery took place well ahead of what we had anticipated.

Despite it being only a local move just across town, they wrapped all my furniture really well so nothing would get scratched. They were polite and hard working, and knew their business well. They arrived on time and worked quickly. I will definitely use them again the next time I move, and I am pleased to give them the highest approval rating.
QMM made my move as painless as such a thing can possibly be. Brad and Jennifer coordinated everything beautifully. They were in constant communication and followed up every step of the way to make sure things were going as planned. The moving crew were excellent as well - fast, effecient, friendly and polite. The move team was friendly and easy to work with, including the initial call and assessment, the move manager, and the mover team. They were on time and quick, and my things arrived intact. I would recommend you again any time.

Our belongings were treat respectfully, the movers were professional and polite. They ensured that they were not bumping into walls and while they were quick they didn’t rush. They were good conversationalists when they needed to be but very efficient. They were presentable and quite concerned about not leaving marks or dirt on the floor. The driver even went so far as to sweep up the dirt on the garage floor.
They were very timely, no foul language and again polite. Thank you very to the movers.My experience with QMM was very good both Bradley and Jennifer were also polite and professional. Bradley was patient with my inexperience in working with his computer program and helped out several times. Jennifer was very communicative and I was apprised of the movers schedules and times for delivery respecting our move in dates.
We were very concerned about the move but QMM took care of everything, thank you so much.

- teams on both ends were excellent, and took good care handling our belongings, in addition to being friendly and easy to work with
- pre move coordinators communicated effectively and were always available for questions
- final bill was actually slightly under the estimate, with no surprises, and everything stayed in our budget

Very friendly and helpful office staff. They explained to me how to install the app on my phone to have a meeting and view all the contents that were being move and the various methods of payment.
The men arrived on time to load the F&E, were personable, very careful moving and loading everything. They explained the transport route and and estimated time of arrival.
The same on the receiving end, arrived on time, carried everything up into the apartment, personable and considerate.
Nothing was damaged or broken.
