Your fitness training staff are great! Christine, Matt and Pat are very knowledgeable, supportive and helpful in all areas of the gym. From re-racking the weights to teaching in a caring manner, they help to exemplify the YMCA values.
I really enjoy the child watch so that I can take care of myself! All of the childcare staff are warm and wonderful with my son.

I was loving the Y until you took out the computer area. It’s harder to work with just the tables and now, pushing me over the edge is the removal of the couches by the TVs. Where are nursing moms supposed to go, and others who was to relax? Why are these changes in place? If people were abusing those areas, deal with them. You are punishing those who spend a lot of money to hang out and socialize at the Y. This place is more than a gym, it’s a community center.

Child care and parents night out. Other children program a like art and dance. Free coffee.
Great outdoor pool! The tiles need a major scrubbing but that’s it! Jeannine is the best.

There are a variety of programs, regardless of age, skill level or physical limitations. The staff are very helpful in suggesting appropriate activities and guiding participation.
I love the Y, and I love that this location has family restrooms/shower rooms. I only wish some classes were offered to those of us who work old school office hours. I realize there are a lot of stay at home moms, and parents who work from home, but us office folk do still exist. With traffic in Austin, it's hard to get to the Y before 6 pm. Lots of fun classes are during the day or at 5.30.
Different classes, schedules, great instructors, spacious and clean facilities. I love it that the members are from all ages.
