Great group classes and instructors! Feels very non-judgemental and inclusive. Friendly staff!
I love how many different classes you offer. I also love the instructors!
Love the AOA class and gentle yoga. There are plenty of elliptical machines, so I don't have to wait for one. It's always very clean. The front desk people are friendly and helpful. Really nice place to work out.
I have been participating in water aerobics about three days each week since the mid-1980’s, and doing so at the Y since early 2003. Although the quality of class leadership at the Y has declined precipitously since I first began participating there, and although I often find the indoor pool at at temperature much too warm ( e.g., 90-plus degrees Fahrenheit) for safe exercise, the pools and the classes are there (though, at least this week, not the class leader). I especially enjoy class sessions during the late spring, summer, and early fall, when we are in the outdoor pool under the beautiful oak trees. I also enjoy, when my health permits, walking the indoor track, though I remain concerned about the dangerous and careless behavior of Y staff and clients when crossing the track and the disrespect for track users shown by other users and people watching volleyball games. I also very much appreciate the improvements to the showers in the men’s locker room during the past several months, though it took too long to get the improvements installed. And your lifeguards and front desk staff are great!
Diversity of people: all ages, ethnic backgrounds, abilities. Wide range of activities; everyone should be able to find something to help them get moving.

Love body pump and CXWORX so far. Meghan is an awesome instructor!
The facility has more nice equipment and activities than possible to attend. We have been working with trainer,Pat Fuller, who really takes his time to insure we get a full workout while being safe. He makes workouts fun! The goal is for us to stay active and
healthy which is exactly why we enjoy the YMCA.
Low key, focus on skill improvement and fun not so much on winning/competition.
