They have goals for the kids to work towards, while patiently encouraging them towards progress. Classes are not too big, so students get one on one when when needed.

I appreciate the bike room is always open so if I can't make a class, I can still use the bikes. I appreciate the variety in weights and weight machines available in the gym. I also love Rocky's classes and am so glad she is doing Resistance again!
The Southwest Y is a friendly facility with lots of different equipment and classes from which to choose. My personal trainer has been very helpful. I also love the sauna, which has helped me heal injuries.

Classes, however the senior exercise class M,W F at 10:10 is too crowded. There should be two sessions of this class.
