This Y is clean. The machines are cleaned. The trainers are knowledgeable. The front desk (Rick and Nylin) is very friendly and knows our names when we enter. You need a sign in the men's locker room about leaving locks on lockers. It is happening again.
I am amazed at watching the changes and new programs that are available and well attended by all age groups. My routine is pretty set. I use the walking track and about a dozen of the exercise machines but I really enjoy meeting and having conversations with our new members and getting to know where they are from and what their careers were.

love the classes. tried to get a trainer and found one I like but was given a price for training by the trainer and then the boss of the trainer said the price was over double what was originally quoted. I was looking for a group trainer experience.

I like the exercise classes.
My husband and I love working with Brooke. She's been a great personal trainer, and includes a lot of variety with the workouts. I do wish that the upstairs machines would be in better working order, but those are out of her control.

Family friendly atmosphere & exercise equipment that’s easy to use. I enjoy the group classes & lap pool the most.
Flexible schedules for aerobics classes/etc and hours of operation are great.
I like the availabity of member activities to accomodate varied schedules. I like the cleanliness of the entire facility. I like the people and how friendly they are. I live on social security, so I like the price as well.

I just swim don't use any programs, but the 3 people that normally alternate at the front desk should all be given a raise. Although I normally feel pretty good, there are those that go there that have a positive attitude change in their lives, by the way they are treated when they walk in the door. It's true that very few ever express themselves to those that are making their lives better even though I have tried to encourage them to do so. I guess it is just up to ya'll, they need to hear it. Bill.
