I attend Sr. Fit. I'm looking for an alternative. I like a teacher who prepares outside of class, who has a routine that is challenging both mentally & physically. A teacher who is inspired & inspiring. N Austin Sr Fit is not any of these.
New member, and I just started using the treadmills and been pleased with the facilities. Haven’t used other programs yet.

Water in pool is goid quality, does not leave me smelling like chlorine
The facility is generally very clean and not too crowded. One change that would make it even better is moving 8:15am weekday fitness classes to 8am. It would help me specifically because I often have 9am meetings, so at best I can attend the first 45 minutes of such classes.

All of the instructors are really good at their jobs and very welcoming to new participants. The classes are available for all levels of participation

I love my senior Strong with Tina. I will recommend this class to all my seniors friend. No only that, I like the music and the exercises.

Love taking tai chi with Louis! He’s a wonderful teacher, and it’s a great group of students. My closest Y is the Eastside Y. Wish it had a tai chi class.
