My kids enjoy practicing Mathnasium!

My kids love Mathnasium and I’m so urprised!! I started my 6 & 8 yo here because they were both behind, and my daughter told me that she didn’t like math:(
They both ask when they’re going next and we’ve had positive interactions with everyone who works there:)

The staff are nice and helpful. My child is enjoying the curriculum that is given to her per assessment results. My goal is for my child to be at the math skill level she needs to be and enjoy the subject. So far, it’s gearing towards that direction. The owner is also very friendly and helpful.

It’s great practice without overwhelming/stressing the students.

The quality of instruction is solid and my child looks forward to his Mathnasium sessions! We gave him the responsibility to schedule them himself and he has taken the initiate to without any reminding. Wow! We highly recommend Mathnasium for their system and getting kids excited about solidifying and expanding their math knowledge.

So far we are very happy. The director has been so helpful and accommodating to our schedule. Our daughter likes going. We were afraid she would complain about having to do more math on her free time, but she has fun and is happy to go. I only wish we had started sooner.

After a month my daughter is doing math on her own and sitting down and doing math without being asked. She also enjoys going and doesn't see it as work. I love the analysis that is provided of her progress as well. I already see a change in her.

Kids never whine about going to do an hour of math here. They are motivated to goto school. They are unafraid of tests. It’s amazing!

The instructors and the owner Chris are so responsible, responsive and extremely helpful. We recommend any student having math troubles to sign up to get ongoing homework help and keep up their confidence in math!

We like that the flexibility. Being able to have either online or in person classes has been very helpful for us. Our daughter seems to be having a positive experience which is nice because she likes math and we hope to keep it that way. She’s enjoying the classes. The challenge is that she’s so far behind but we are feeling optimistic and believe she can get caught up with your help. Thank you!

My daughter has only been going to mathnasium for about a month and already her math is improving. Although she is never excited about actual school she looks forward to going to mathnasium every time. The tutor and staff have been great through the entire process. Would recommend to anyone

Chris and his team are friendly, understanding and experts in their fields. My Twins are having great mathematics learning experience. Mathnasium team makes math easier for the kids by explaining the problem in different ways until they get it. They also allow makeup sessions and evaluate with progress reports .

One of my children works for Mathnasium. One of my children is in 7th grade at Lincoln Middle School. Covid education has left my 7th grader without math for half of a school year, which at her age is unacceptable. My child that works at the center conveyed to our family while going through training with Mathnasium that the program addresses math at a foundational level with critical thinking skills built-in. We signed our 7th grader up and are extremely happy with the program -- more importantly, she is extremely happy with the program. She schedules herself through Appointy and takes full responsibility for her sessions. (She does not do as well with her online school learning.)

My only negative feedback is that it costs money and is not an option for families without expendable income. The achievement gap in the US will increase to a more frightening degree after the world opens back up. I am sad to know many children and families that will not be able to overcome the educational impact of the pandemic.

It is hard to get many details from my daughter but she doesn't seem to mind the sessions and am very happy to have this service while my daughter doens't have Math this semester.

In light of the shocking and disturbing decision of AUSD to jettison instruction in Math due its shutdown, Mathnasium has been a necessary and welcome substitute.

During this time of distance learning, we deeply appreciate the team's ability, patience, and creativity.

Great communication with director to begin process. My son enjoys math again with the guided support and interaction. We feel like he’s moving forward in a positive way.

We love Mathnasium so much. The staff are all so great. They have a thorough understanding of my child's needs and adjust accordingly, especially around his learning style and his desire to accelerate his skill acquisition to qualify for a higher level class in the fall.

Their pivot to online has been a great gift for us during the pandemic. Our whole family loved the in-person experience and we miss it. That said, his tutors have been so warm and kind and helpful online and the low tutor-student ratio gives him the ample attention he needs, which really helps him flourish in a way that a traditional classroom setting hasn't.

At one point in his learning, we thought he didn't like math, or so we were told by his school at that time. It turns out, with the right level of attention and care, with the right curriculum and structure, as Mathnasium has provided, it's one of his favorite subjects.

Because my daughter she getting help for Math she’s doing very good and She getting help her for homework she’s doing very good so she really like that’s the reason I give 10 too thank you for help.
