In my last class, I loved Clarissa’s clear, eloquent guided instructions and her gentleness and strength to all of us. I love the cleanliness of the studio and shower facilities. I love the amount of heat, not too much not too little. I will definitely keep coming back! Oh and I love the parking facility too. Thank you for setting up and running such a great studio for us :)

Ever since Jamie became studio coordinator, Rockridge has become so nice to go to teach or take classes. The cleanliness is an example for other studios. As a teacher there I feel proud of our space!

Great instructors. This is obviously one of the most important parts of the experience. Leadership. High energy levels, friendly, welcoming.

Nice mix of classes. I love Yoga Sculpt but it’s nice to switch it up sometimes with a candlelight class or whatever.

The consistency of class format and overall vibe of classes, instructors and the rooms. I would love to see more early morning (like 6am!) C2 and HPF classes here- would prefer these to the early morning sculpt. Thank you!
