The Rockridge studio is bright and clean, the crowd very nice, and Jane’s sculpt class on Saturday morning is amazing!
The classes should be limited to a certain number so people can fit easily. I’ve been to a couple classes where it gets too crowded so is a little bit uncomfortable at some point

Teachers, Cleansiness, and different classes
Madeline is an exceptional instructor. I like her positivity and intention at the beginning of each class. Her class has a good flow with appropriate queues and timing. She gives guidance on proper positioning and alternatives. Her playlist is energizing. The sculpt class is a perfect mix of yoga, cardio and strength training that is challenging but manageable for any fitness level with a good instructor like Madeline.

Check in was efficient, quick and friendly. Facility was very clean but most of all our instructor Nassim was amazing! Her class you great…perfectly cued and offered options that was a nice addition.
The studio is immaculate, the staff super friendly and, most importantly: the teachers presenting classes are knowledgeable, offering varied teachings and they are closely watching us students to help us unlearn sub-optimal habits where/if necessary, thereby helping us stretch and grow! Love that, and the same is true for the Grand Lake Studio btw. Thank you!

Excellent instructors
Corepower Yoga at Blackhawk is an amazing experience and community. The teachers truly make every class so challenging but also relaxing. My one piece of feedback is providing wipes again for once class is over. Members are paying $200+ for a membership to be given the full experience and treatment. We shouldn’t have an additional cost to buy and bring our own wipes. Also, COVID and germs are still prevalent so it’s more sanitary for everyone at the studio.
Yoga Instructor Bri is a natural at teaching yoga. She is able to explain, demo, and provide feedback throughout the entire session without any hesitation. She is fluid with her speaking, with her routine, and with her demos.
Dedicated, experienced teachers. Friendly environment. I enjoy the classes.
I would prefer if sculpt classes were offered at 12, 12:30, or 1 on week days. Also an afternoon sculpt class on Saturdays.
I like the mix of yoga and weight lifting!! Comfortable fun environment.
