I appreciate that the class schedule is always being expanded. I feel like my feedback is taken into consideration. The facilities are clean, and broken things like lockers are fixed quickly. Instructors are kind and make an effort to get to know students

I love Blackhawk Core Power! I especially like the diversity of the training by all of the instructors. As someone that comes every day, I need a good variety of exercise routines to balance out my workouts. It would be really nice to offer-up some classes that are specifically designed to work the lower body the majority of the time, although I do realize that CORE POWER works all of the body all of the time if done properly.
Love that you have a parking garage. Sad that you no longer have merchandise available due to break-ins. It seems you have a teacher shortage as some of my favorites are no longer there and some of the current ones are teaching too much and they are not great. Teachers need to speak more loudly or use a microphone, which they have said they don't like to do. Overall though I am happy with Rockridge.
