Love this studio and always great teachers
Hot yoga with the added weights was a first for me and I felt incredible after! I feel starting off with a warmer environment loosens my joints off the bat and gets me ready alot sooner into the workouts!
Facility is very clean, parking is easy and the staff are warm, friendly, accepting and encouraging. I'd like to give a shout out to Grace, Micheal and Miles. They all have very different styles of teaching and each one brings professionalism, positive energy and challenge !
