Love Corepower. Wished though we had some pilates incorporated into our classes. Also my friend Betsy Buselli has heard so much about corepower from me that she is considering corepower seriously :) Lastly, I very much appreciate all the assist Tash provides in her classes.

Core Power offers a variety of classes almost hourly so you are most likely to find a class at most times.
Awesome instructors and great classes! Two feedback items about the studio space:
*The door closer hinge in Studio 2 is broken and the door closes/slams really loudly.
*In Studio 1, the rear speaker that is connected to the instructor's headset, cuts in and out. The connection to the headset microphone is intermittent.
The hours and consistency
I love Blackhawk CP! I’ve been a member for many years and I’ve seen CP change very little. I like that I can depend on their commitment to excellence and to whom they are. However, I’d like to see a little more variety in the classes… maybe a CP take on Pilates or Barre. Their own spin on that style. Thank you!
I love the YS classes in Emeryville location and wish they offer more 4pm YS classes.

Always clean, friendly, great workout
I haven’t practiced yoga in 7 or 8 years. This past Sunday I was invited to join a hot yoga class with a sound bath that followed. It was so healing! 10 minutes into movement, I could already feel an emotional release welling up from within. The instructor was easy to follow, and I felt immediately at ease within the space. Wearing glasses while doing hot yoga is not the easiest combo, but well worth the ability to participate in this. Thank you so much!

I have enjoyed the classes that I have taken. All have had unique sequences and offered numerous variations to poses. All in all, high quality instruction--but I have been practicing yoga for a long time so not sure how easy it would be for a beginner to follow along.

Facilities
The Rockridge location is great! The instructor, Miles, was so welcoming and I really like his classes. I say keep hiring people—whether leadership or instructors—that foster a safe space of healing and wellness! I just wish the Rockridge and Grand Lake locations offered more late morning/midday classes on Thursdays.
Top notch teachers accompanied by great music selections. Studio is nice and clean.
