Talia at Cow Hollow is by far my favorite instructor. All the ladies absolutely great but she stands out for a few reasons. Her positive and warm demeanor when you enter the studio is constant. Her approach to each class is thoughtful and inspiring. She knows how to push you through the heavier parts and how to chillax during the earned rest periods. Her planned modules are nicely flowed together and match back to the songs to help get you through each push. Love her intention setting in the beginning and music selection throughout. I always feel physically and spiritually set to take on my day after her class.
I LOVED this teacher - I can't recall her name, but she is SO friendly and encouraging, she gave excellent tips/adjustments, and her energy is so upbeat. The class was challenging and fun!!

Great instructor, nice floor plan, nice clean bathrooms and showers. The instructor had an awesome flow. I enjoyed the class so much!!
