Ryan is my favorite sculpt instructor at this studio! Every sculpt class is different and unique. She pushes you to your limit! I always leaving feeling so much stronger and better than when I walked in. She has a gift!

Amanda is an amazing instructor!! In my opinion, the best instructor there. I always feel calm and centered after her classes. Some of the other classes feel like weight, loss classes, boot campish, way too hot and loud. She seems to have a natural knack of meeting everyones needs at all different levels..
Music and vibe
As a newbie, the class was very challenging yet inspiring to continue to be better at the movements. Will attend more classes in the future.
