One on one service
Friendly staff and the kinda patience and care they provide my child. She is always happy to go!
The academic program is excellent and specifically tailored to your child's needs. Also, sylvan is constantly evaluating itself by frequently testing your child to see if they have mastered the subject. No other tutor does that.
I have had 4 children go through sylvan with excellent results.

My granddaughter can't wait to come back, and that's a plus. From preschool through 2nd grade she never wanted to go to school and I have tried every year of the way to help her change her mind about school and this is the first she wanted to go to Sylvan's. So in my book that speak a lot about your staff and school. I was also impress with the conversation I had with Ms. Doni about their commitment and guarantee progress and willingness to make sure my grandchild get what she needs and her door is always open to discussion if I have a problem. Plus I receives progress report.

Make it morea affordable
She tailored my sons lessons specifically for him. He is a low functioning child with autism and learning delays. After a few trial and errors and we finally have the right instructor for him. He has no where to go but UP!!!

Below is an email that I sent explaining my disappointment. I never received a reply
Doni,
I just wanted to let you know that Colby will no longer be attending Sylvan. I had high hopes for your services, but I was surprised and disappointed when no one understood Colby's math homework and, at his last session, he was to review ELA for an upcoming test. The tutor forgot that this was something they were to work on and then had to leave early. Colby got a 42/100 on the exam after spending many hours trying to prepare for the test. I really wish that Sylvan could have provided the assistance he needed, but it actually seems to have done more damage than good.
