I like the yoga

Lydia, Abby, and Aaron are positive, supportive instructors. We always feel welcomed when we enter. Flexible schedule offerings are great, too.

I love that it's convenient and close to my work, I love the instructors and class schedule. I would like to hot yoga and Hot power fusion added to the schedule.

I go to Raquel H. on Sunday mornings- she is an awesome instructor and kicks my butt every time!

I love everything so far about what CorePower has to offer & stand for. Most of the classes I have taken have been just phenomenal and my favorite instructors are amazing. I do have a hard time with a class if the usual instructor isn't there but I understand life happens. :) I really like the meditation that a couple instructors have started & ended class with recently. I have been having a lot of fun trying the different classes & studios in my area. I am really liking how strong I am getting physically from the classes and that it is a whole body, mind, & spirit way of being. I have really tried to immerse myself in the culture to make sure that I am benefiting fully from it & it is simply an amazing community of yogis! I am grateful that a studio opened up in Roseville! Now we just need to get one in Shoreview, MN!

This facility is clean, new, and way less pretentious than other locations! I love the smaller class sizes. The two instructors I've had (Buck and someone whose name I can't remember) are amazing!

I'm not a fan of the heat tho.

Very friendly staff, clean and welcoming space. Only request is more variety of classes (some of the other locations offer unique classes that are not available at Rosedale).
