CorePower Yoga is AMAZING!!! I feel so great every time I am done with a class regardless of whatever one that I take. The instructors are so well trained to help you get the maximum benefit out of the class. The sense of community is really strong and the instructors really set up fro success in your practice!

Great guide! Smallish studio, but it works. Was surprised we didn’t do Core in middle as is typically standard with C2’s, but it was peppered throughout so still felt balanced. Again, instructor was very good 🙏🏼🧘♀️

I love my time at Roseville Core Power!! My Monday yoga sculpt class was absolutely fabulous!! The instructor was so energetic, the music was on point! Just a fabulous time! Can’t wait to get back!!
Love all of the sculpt time options, especially on Sat and Sun! Hope the Tues/Thurs 6:30 pm classes come back soon. Would also love to see a weekday 7 or 7:30am and noon sculpt. So many great instructors! Especially Laura, Raquel and Rachel on Sun. Wish there was a 2nd shower...can't count on showering without allowing time for waiting in line.
