Once I got familiar with the “modern” way of online booking it’s become very efficient, much better than the olden days of sitting in a crowded waiting area reading a paper until it was my turn. So far the wait estimates have been very accurate. The stylists have all done very satisfying jobs. The MVP program is a real treat (thanks Andrew), now I can get right back to work without tiny bits of hair falling everywhere.
