I cannot complain. I showed up, service was quick and easy. I was suggested to use a tea tree oil leave in conditioner and I tried it there and was convinced to buy some too. Smells great and my scalp feels great now too.

You can make reservations and they are mostly on time. Very clean environment and friendly staff.
Once I got familiar with the “modern” way of online booking it’s become very efficient, much better than the olden days of sitting in a crowded waiting area reading a paper until it was my turn. So far the wait estimates have been very accurate. The stylists have all done very satisfying jobs. The MVP program is a real treat (thanks Andrew), now I can get right back to work without tiny bits of hair falling everywhere.

Once you get used to the online booking process it is quite easy and efficient. The ladies who have cut my hair have been very friendly and they are applying Covid precautions.

I’ve tried other locations and won’t go back due to bad haircuts or high pressure product sales tactics. Kari does a better job cutting hair, keeping the store moving, and I’d trust her advice.
