The front desk was extremely helpful both times I've been to the studio. The studio itself is clean and it has good energy. Both instructors are awesome and authentic. I felt like a real person was teaching and not a robot who was just reciting a script :)

I like that you offer a combination of classes for alignment,strengthening and stretching with the Barre classes and that you have cardio with the spin classes. I leave each class feeling like I have had a workout and a good reset/stretch for my body.
