It’s a wonderful way to start my day! The work out is challenfing, yet relaxing, and vigorous, yet calming. It’s an entire body workout, and I feel such a difference in my strength and flexibility (which is especially important now that I have reached menopause). And it’s nice to be stronger than my teenage son! ;

Efficient and effective workout with body and mind changing results.
I love the fact that cycle and barre are in the same studio. Cycle gives the max calorie burn with a great cardio workout but it makes you right. Barre keeps you long, limber, and properly stretched.

I love an intense workout. Most workouts don't concentrate on a specific area for long enough - too much time spent in transition. The Dailey Method gives me this concentrated workout. I also like the stretching during a transition. I am reminded of a Stretch and Strength workout I did many years ago taught by a dancer. This workout changed my body and I am hoping for the same results.

The staff at TDM is very knowledgeable, energetic, and fun! The instructors know how to motivate their members to do their best and have a great time while working hard. The cycling class with Julia Ratchford was a fantastic workout. She did a great job explaining and leading. The music was upbeat and it was a lot of fun. The women next to me were also really helpful and friendly.
A good variety of classes and times and instructors. I like going to different instructors for a different style of class and music. I am concerned about the closure of 4th and that the same instructor will be teaching the majority of the 8:30 classes at Dunbar. That is why I started going to 4th.
