I was greeted with a very warm welcome. Guided on what to do and where to go for the class. I was welcomed by the instructor (Sondra Sun) who totally help me in class and answered my questions when asked. She was very warm and helpful! I will totally attend the next class!

All the teachers are great! The workshops are awesome too, especially the music nights with Matthew.

I like how welcoming the studio is. I've never really practiced yoga and in both classes I've taken, I've felt right at home and completely relaxed. I've already gotten my husband to sign up for the new student special and we're both totally hooked.
I'm from san diego but go to college up the street from here and I have yet to find a studio as professional, welcoming and wise as this one. Every time I go home I miss this place!

One suggestion: Have a kids class at the same time as one of the adult classes. That would be GREAT!

I am very grateful for Namaste Yoga! Most importantly, the teachers are lovely; every instructor I've had has been attentive and earnest . I also appreciate that the schedule can be relied upon; for the most part, classes start and end on time. But it's the teachers that I truly value. Each week I look forward to practicing with Jamie, Mathew, Nora, Steve and Chris. My deepest gratitude-- thank you.
Nice space, nice teachers, clean, appreciate the water and tea and wet wipes! The only the i wish you had that you don't is a kundalini class
Familiar studio, knowledgeable and hands on instructors. One thing I would note is that often Intermediate classes aren't really 2/3 level, depends on teacher.
