Client Testimonials
I have enjoyed all of the teachers that I've had class with so far, and I really like the focus on individual experience. It's nice to have a studio where there is no competition in the environment, you push yourself to break your own boundaries.
We love the studio - it is so nice and convenient to where we are in Eagle Rock/ Highland Park. Chris's classes are great!
The studio keeps getting better and better. The staff is engaging without being too pushy. The new class schedule works really well with my own schedule.
This is my favorite studio with excellent, caring teachers, helpful front desk staff, in a beautiful space. :)
everything
I like the classes.
The best, homiest studio around! I have been a student for nearly 4 years now and have really enjoyed seeing the space, team, and offerings evolve over time. I love how each teacher is encouraged to teach to their own philosophy and style -- no two are the same. I love how you're always looking for feedback too. I love how you have options to make the classes affordable to my price point (and even free, to others in the community). Namaste is my favorite!

A wide variety of class levels and scheduling
I started going to classes at Namaste around March. I've never joined a yoga studio because the vibe is always a little off-putting to me, but I loved Namaste. It didn't have that competitive, snobby yoga thing at ALL. Every single class I've attended has been different -- I've learned at least one new stretch or pose. Due to my own schedule I tend to go to the same classes with the same teachers and I've never had a rerun.
I love the space, I love the energy that the other yogis bring. It is very peaceful and non-judgmental. I appreciate the all-levels approach. It's inspired me to take risks and try things and push myself in a fun, safe way. My brain is kind of always running running running and I've found that It's easier for me to focus at a Namaste class than in other classes I've taken. On the occasions when I visit other studios with friends, I bring that with me.
Love all the teachers although I more regularly attend with Ani, Dana, Hannah, Nora, Sondra, Chona. Favorites are the early A.M.s with Ani or Chona, candlelight vinyasa with Dana (deep house yoga was THE COOLEST -- I brought three friends who all loved it), and Sondra's Sunday night restorative class. And Nora's Hatha. I guess I like them all!
Also thanks for being so cool and communicative with the whole fire situation. Y'all handled it beautifully and with such respect to both your affected neighbors and clients.
I love Namaste!
