I like the fact that Randy has been with this location for so many years. He knows the names and cars of each regular. I never feel like a number, but part of the family there. I feel comfortable with them being honest about the needs of my autos. They have been our family car place for decades. If I ever move away from Charleston Randy will have to go with me.

Your staff. The service they provide is excellent, but the most important thing for me is that I know I can trust them. When they give me a price for a repair, I am certain that this IS the best price. If they tell me something needs to be fixed, I am certain that it needs to be fixed because they told me so. I am in an uneviable position. A number of years ago, someone harmed my husband, causing brain damage. Suddenly, I was faced with circumstances for which I was not prepared. My husband was NOT capable of "taking care" of the car. Beyond how to start the car and how to fix a flat tire, I have absolutely no mechanical knowledge. Forty years ago, I was taken advantage of by a local car dealership and while the car maker eventually stepped in and resolved all of my issues, it taught me that I shouldn't trust mechanics. Several years of seeking help from Randy Rose and his staff has taught me that I CAN trust them. If they told me the car would run better if I drove in reverse, I would have to learn to drive better in reverse. I trust them THAT much. I have no idea what the employees at your other locations are like, but I certainly hope you treat the members of this group with tremendous respect. They are the reason I go there and why I send all my friends there.
