Mr. Rose is always straightforward with me, which is why I've trusted him for years. He and his employees are always willing to show me a problem and have never been condescending (which I have experienced elsewhere). Their turnaround time is quick, which makes it less of a headache for me to get the work done.

I like the fact that Randy has been with this location for so many years. He knows the names and cars of each regular. I never feel like a number, but part of the family there. I feel comfortable with them being honest about the needs of my autos. They have been our family car place for decades. If I ever move away from Charleston Randy will have to go with me.
