Groomer was very personable and was very good with Snickers.

Convenient location and I appreciate the live webcams, as well as multiple areas for dogs to interact.

My dog loves to play with the other dogs. The only concern I have is that my dog always has to go to the bathroom so bad when we leave that I worry he holds it all day so I usually try to take him for a 1-2 day. Other than that, this place is awesome when it is too cold to get him outside.

They are very wonderful loving and caring for all the dog that they take care of. All the staff goes above and beyond the call off duty

I really like that there is always someone supervising in the room. I like the benefits of the daycare packages (free baths & nail trims). Everyone always seems so happy to see my dog, and he is always happy when we pull up to Dogtopia.

I like that you have multiple rooms so as to split up dogs if needed. I also like that you offer bath, nail trim, and/or teeth cleaning before pickup. I also like that you are open 7 days a week. I just wish you were open earlier on the weekend (i.e. 8:00 a.m.).

My Siberian Husky has gone to Dogtopia for almost 2 years now, ever since he was 4 months old. He started at the Papillon location and is now at West Center. Both locations are fantastic and love my baby almost as much as I do. They go above beyond taking care of him and his needs. Would recommend highly to take your fur baby to Dogtopia!!

Large open space for dogs and someone with them at all times during open playtime. Seems to also be kept clean and picked up. Staff is friendly. A suggestion for you is to make it possible for customers to be able to see their account balance (days) online.

Alyssa is a fantastic groomer. She does everything we ask of her. We love her so much we followed her from her previous job. That says a lot for what type of groomer she is!

Friendly staff and amazing environment for my puppy

I like that the staff is so friendly and gentle with my dog when he is stubborn. My dog always is playing when I check the cameras and most important, he is worn out when I pick him up. He is happy to go . Thank you!
