Our puppy receives the warmest welcome every time we take him in. They place him in a room where other dogs he plays excitedly with are in. They know his routine and are so helpful if he cannot play for a day by letting him sit in the front office so we can still work and know he is being loved on. We go to Omaha West and I could not recommend sending your puppies there anymore.

I called Dogtopia in West Omaha and spoke to a very helpful staff member who set up an appointment to visit that day. I really appreciated that! I brought my dog in for evaluation and left her for a couple hours to see how she reacted. I downloaded the Dogtopia app and was able to see her interactions immediately! What a great experience! I look forward to my dog meeting new friends and being in a safe place while I’m at work!

The half day rates are great but I wish they could be used in the afternoon. Currently I could drop my dog off at 7AM and pick them up at 1:30 (6.5 hours) and get charged half a day. But if I drop him off at Noon-5, I would get charged for a full day. I would drop off way more during the week if it would be based on amount of hours and not necessarily WHEN I picked up/dropped off. Otherwise, Jack is always treated awesome by the staff and they know how to handle him well.

Complementary bath when Poppy pooped in her kennel and got dirty. Love the cameras although it seems my dog was in one of the blind spots.

I appreciate taking care of my furry baby. I have no complaints at all. and if you ask one thing i would change is to be able to see my furry friend sleep. she doenst do well in new places or without being able to see humans. thatll be the one thing id change all in all i love this place adn so did she.

Friendliness

My dog is always so excited when we pull up he is tanking at the leash to get inside. He sleepy and calm for days after playing so much! I always feel so sad leaving him but feel so much better knowing how much he loves it -it makes being apart much harder on me than him! Being able to check in on the webcams makes me feel at ease that he is in a happy clean environment getting attention and playing.

I appreciate that the employees know my dogs, and want to make sure they enjoy their time there. I also appreciate the cameras to watch them play.

My pup and I love daycare. Nora loves to be around her friends and I love the socialization she gets with the other dogs and associates. Its super convenient to have spa services available at the location. Also I feel less guilty leaving her for a weekend because I know she will have a good time and the staff will treat her as their own.

My dog, Diamond, LOVES Dogtopia and playing with her friends. She also gets so excited to see the staff and they seem excited to see her as well.

Our two huskies are always well cared for when we bring them for boarding. The staff is always very polite and helpful. They aren’t stuck in a small kennel all the time, they have more interaction with people and getting to play with toys. They get time in the play area where they get to actually play and run.

Friendly staff. Webcams. Happy dogs when I come pick up. Last minute drops offs when I come to town.

Everyone is so welcoming and friendly to me as the dog mom but MOST IMPORTANTLY, they go out of their way to welcome and show affection to my dog.
