The teams are knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and personable. The products are pet friendly, effective and odorless.
The cleaners are doing a great job. The only request or critique I'd have is to ask them to rinse the floor after using detergent on them. Often when I get home, I can still smell the detergent (very strong) and the floor is sticky with the cleanser.
It was easy to schedule the appointment. The cleaners arrived on time and did a thorough job.
As long as Leslie comes to my home I am happy. She treats it as if it were her own home. I am at work when she arrives and she knows just the way I like things done and when I come home to a sparkling clean home, I am happy. Thank you Leslie, don't know what I would do without you.

The employees are incredible. They do their work competently and are very special people. The management is also outstanding. They have cleaned my house ever since I transferred from Charlotte, three years straight without one problem. I think that’s pretty incredible. I’ll continue to use Merry Maids going forward.
