I have requested Rebecca and am very happy with her! I am housebound, so I am here when she cleans and is very pleasant and helpful. She knows and uses my preferred products that I use on certain things ( hardwood floor, kitchen counter top, kitchen and dining room tables and fireplace hearth, as an example)
She will also address specific things that I can't handle like sliding patio doors and tracks.

Linda, our cleaning lady has been coming for around 15 years. She does a great job, is friendly and prompt.
Covid left me reluctant to allow strangers in the house, so it had been 4 years since the last professional clean. While I arduously did my best, while working full-time, a series of orthopedic injuries finally compromised my physical mobility and ability to lift furniture, climb step-stools, or kneel, to keep the house clean. After contacting several companies for estimates and explanations of services to define 'deep clean'-- especially what would *not* be within that scope/included--, I settled on Merry Maids because the answers were the most specific and detailed. Having had 2 major house fires and 3 major floods, I have previous experience with various 'deep clean' services and the challenges my interiors pose, My house is quite unusual, filled to yjr high ceilings with art, crafts, sculpture, memorabilia, and unusual objects that fill all the shelves, surfaces and walls.
The company sent advance notice when the team was on the way, along with their names; every one was efficient, organized, and focused. First was a tour of the house where they took note of problem areas, special concerns of mine, or relevant information. They asked me to inspect each room or area as done, and quickly remediated any issues found or concerns I raised.
Knowing it would be a very large job, I requested multiple, not a single, worker and the company complied. Even so they were in the house 6 hours, meticulously replacing objects where they belonged, turning off the many lights in many rooms on two floors needed to see into corners on a dark cloudy day; and were cordial and friendly but strictly business. I am delighted to be returned to a pristine baseline again, and look forward to hiring them again for more routine cleaning..
