The ladies did an amazing job cleaning our home. They especially did a great job on the floors and baseboards. They left everything sparkling clean and smelling so fresh!
I was very satisfied with the service and Jennifer was very efficient and thorough. I understand that the initial cleaning was pricey, and I am still trying to determine my cleaning needs for the future. I will keep Merry Maids on my list of solutions.

I don't know how long the workers are supposed to stay but last time 3 if them were there for less than an hour. As a result things Gina ask them to do all the time and especially she specifically showed them that day didn't get done.I would give the overall rating as a C.

You are dependable, consistent and on time as well as friendly. Easy to change times if there is a conflict. You do a thorough job. I like the products used. Different smells set off my asthma. I’ve never had trouble with any of your products.
You folks are awesome! I like the fact that employees arrive at my house with everything they need: all their tools and cleaning products. Also, they work non-stop with no "chit chat". They concentrate on the job and work efficiently.
Of course, they will answer any questions I have and talk with me, but I limit the conversation so they can work. I have been pleased with the results.
