I liked being consulted about products, equipment, techniques planned for the cleaning - and items or areas that need special handling or avoiding. Decanter was thorough, careful, and efficient, knowledgeable and engaging.
They did a great job very efficiently. They removed stains i thought were impossible. The cleaning products did not have a strong smell, which is important to me.
