They are the best!! I don’t inspect after Merry Maids are here, but for days I see, or don’t see, the little patches of spider webs or bird seed that accumulates between cleanings. They don’t miss a thing!!

My first clean was on 1/20/25. Considering probably 1/2 the staff called out I was surprised when Alicia knocked at the door. This organization is well run and communicates. Danielle in the office is polite and helpful. Alicia did an awesome cleaning job! I love how they concentrate on different rooms when they come to clean. Some are "deep" cleaned and other are clearned. The rotation of rooms helps keep your home spotless.
I am pleased with the service from Merry Maids. They communicate very well with reminders of the next visit and updates on exact arrival. They are very helpful if you need to make a change in the normal schedule. The maids work without stopping and give attention to detail of both cleaning and finishing touches. When they finish, the house looks and smells clean and everything is tidy.

I don't know which products were used, but I'd love to know what made my kitchen sink so shiny! Susan, Donna and Jose were great! They did a very good job, were friend and respectful! They didn't make assumptions, but asked questions when they had them. Susan explained her process and respectful thoughts at the very beginning.

We could definitely see the condo was cleaner, everywhere. (We didn’t feel like it was particularly dirty, so that made it even more impressive!) Cheyenne was very nice and attentive—and quite obviously detail oriented and thorough. We were able to schedule online and had an unexpected, out-of-our-control, change of plans that was graciously accommodated—very much appreciated, because it was short notice and they didn’t have to! Overall, has been a great experience.
