A team came and "detailed" my house, cleaning my windows, dusting, sanitizing my bathrooms, mopping, vacuuming--every single thing I would have done had I had the time. I liked the cleaning service a lot and would like to continue on a bi-weekly basis. There is one product used that has a very heavy smell (like a hospital smell) which I didn't like, and would prefer they use something else. Otherwise, I was very happy with it.
The ladies worked fast, not taking a break, folding my clothes. There were some spots in the bathroom that didn't get mopped.
The ladies who clean are professional and friendly. They clean my house in a very timely manner, and they do an excellent job!
I have allergies, and the products they use to clean does not bother me.
The people who work in the office are also very professional and friendly. That will accommodate you the best they can in scheduling a cleaning. I have used Merry Maids well over 10 years and will continue to do so.
