I really liked the work done by Aida. She was very thorough and did a great job. The portable (very quiet) vacuum she used was wonderful. Even my dog Bo didn't object to it. The regular vacuum did the best job I've ever seen on my carpet. Everything sparkled after Aida left. I was delighted with the whole process.
I’ve had several different ladies come to my home and they’ve all been excellent. My house is super clean after they leave. My floors shine! I’ve never had a cleaning service before. I started using Merry Maids after hip surgery when I wasn’t really able to clean.

I have allergies to many cleaning products and fragrances. Whatever you use does an excellent job in cleaning surfaces and making them shine. My house smells so good when you leave, and I have had no ill effects from it. . Excellent service and the staff who cleans my house are very accommodating, friendly and pleasant.

Overall, I am pleased with the service. The main reason I use the service is kids & dog- floors get very dirty and lots of fur/ hair shed. After the team left from deep cleaning, I ran the vac and got 1/4 cup of dog hair / dirt. That said, the house was very dirty, so it's not a direct "complaint", but is disappointing.
Cleanliness
Everyone from Merry Maids has been wonderful, and the scheduling/prices are incredibly reasonable, making it worth it to come home from a long day of work to a nice, clean apartment.
