The cleaning ladies are always prompt, thorough and detailed. I love the orange oil they use on the kitchen cabinets.
It took me awhile, but I finally realized that the book that the various cleaners always bring to my house is a tracker for what's been cleaned - so even when the same person isn't assigned, they know what was done the last time.
My house usually doesn't get real dirty between cleanings, because it is only me (no pets or children) so it is easier for me to skip over the things that need to be kept up with, like vacuuming the baseboards. I like how the Merry Maid teams help me keep up with that.

You provide all your own equipment. Angel was so nice and professional. She was on time. Plus she lives in the area so she is familiar with the area. We only asked her to use a specific glass cleaner and she had no problem with that. In fact, she really like it. We want to keep using her because she was so wonderful in her cleaning abilities.

I think each team I've had has done a great cleaning job. There has been some turnover, but each "leader" has done a great job training new employees too. If I ever need to make a schedule change, the home office has been super cooperative.
I find the cost a bit high, but came to my current home from a rural town where my housecleaner worked alone and was quite a bit cheaper. But again, a totally different market.
The products used seem to do what they're supposed to--no issues with anything in that regard.
