Services are good. As far as products it seems like they are lacking in some ways. Just lately it seems that my sinks are creating a yellowing and I cannot get the yellowing out myself with using kitchen cleanser and even strait bleach. It fads away after a couple of days. It's not all of the time though.

Michelle , my POC is very informative and helpful. If I have an issue she quickly answers my question and rectifies it. Kimberly , my cleaner, is very good and also very accessible if I need anything.
Alika is outstanding. She pays so much attention to detail, moves things to clean all the spots, she is amazing, and the house smells wonderful. Jamie and Sierra are always so kind, patient and flexible and a pleasure to talk too.
The ladies do a great job cleaning our home. They work efficiently and take great care in their work. I don't know what products are used in the cleaning process, but they seem to do the job. My only reason for giving a 9 instead of 10 is that I would prefer the same people every time, but I know that doesn't always work out. (I have no complaints, just my preference.)

Very efficient. Went well beyond my expectations. Merry Maids exceeded other cleaning services used in the past. They have been on time & if running late, kept me informed. My home was in terrible condition. I had let my nephew and one of his friends stay in my house for the past 2&1/2 months due to an extended hospital stay. From the looks of it they had not even attempted to clean anything at all. Felt sorry for the crew that showed up to clean.
Look forward to havng them clean every 2 weeks for us. It's wonderful that I don't have to change our bed sheets because I have back issues and I do not have to lift the mattress to tuck in the sheets and blankets. I really don't know what cleaning agents are used, but they seem to work on the tub, lavatory, sink, and stove. I like how they get to work immediately when they arrive and don't stand around talking, unless we greet them and then we get out of their way. It doesn't take much more then an hour and 15 min. to clean our house. Our cleaners are very pleasant women. (Anglelina and Shylynn)

I like everything about Merry Maids of Cottonwood. I have been using their services for many years at my second home in Sedona. When I plan a trip out, they are the first call I make (to make an appointment). I look forward to seeing the crew and having the house cleaned by them. They are efficient while covering everything. I highly recommend them and wish they would come to Texas to clean for me!
