I have no complaints about anything.
The 2 women who were assigned to our home were incredible. They were polite and efficient and did everything as outlined in the estimate. They also invited me to inspect their work and let them know if everything was to my satisfaction. I was impressed.
I generally think you are great. And I have recommended you to several people, but they all have thought you are too expensive.
The one shortcoming that you have is that you don't have the capability to remove heavier items from my shelves, i.e. books and a toaster oven.
I literally have to hire someone to come in before you to do that. I no longer can lift items over 5 pounds or so because of a back injury.

Products: when I came in in the early phase of them starting, chemical smell was so strong; and, it was difficult to breathe. I had to go outside.

I likke that I have Lucy every time.Having the same help iß appreciated. The ti me of arrival seems to be well set for about 12:30 and its helpful to expect help the same time every two weeks. Would ap;preciate a text or call if there are changes expected.
