This was my first time using Merry Maids and it definitely won't be my last. I was really on a tight time constraint and they bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. From the estimate to the finished job they were so professional and responsive to my needs. Neo and Sara did an excellent job and really worked well as a team. I was so amazed and grateful for the transformation of all three rooms that they deep cleaned for me. It was definely a heavy weight lifted off my shoulders at a time that I desperately needed help. Each person who has come to clean has done a great job. I ask that my products and vacuum cleaners be used because of my allergies, and everyone has been wonderfully accommodating and flexible with that. I find the service excellent value for money and have recommended it to friends already.

I have only had positive experiences with Merry Maids! They are very flexible if we need to change our cleaning date. The very rare times they need to change cleaning dates or times on their end, they contact us with plenty of time.

The team is always on time and they work very efficiently. They can be in and out in 45 min to an hour. I’m not sure what products are used but they do a good job every other week. Wilma is very professional and friendly!
