We like the work of the Merry Maid who cleans our home and the fact that she's the one who almost always comes. But, it's good there is someone who will be the backup when she's unable to do it. The office staff are cordial and businesslike. They work with us to made adjustments to the schedule when we need to. We also appreciate the call the day before to tell us the approximate time Merry Maids will arrive. If we ever do have a problem with the cleaning, the person we talk with always works with us to correct whatever it is. They go out of their way to make sure everything is right. We also very much appreciate the approach and standards of the Salem manager (Leeann) -- don't lose her, she's very good.

I am satisfied most of the time but lately I have felt that they rush through my house. When they move things to clean they do not put them back. They do not empty the bathroom waste baskets. the micro wave oven isn't wiped out or cleaned and the toilet paper roll isn't folded.The kitchen sink doesn't shine and the island quartz doesn't look cleaned.
I don't usually check them but these are a few things I have noticed lately.
The ladies are always very nice.
