The communication is perfect. They always remind me of our appointment the week before and let me know when they're on the way on my day of service.

The ladies do an awesome job of cleaning (and I am somewhat picky). I have used other cleaning services in the past and Merry Maids is the very best by far. The ladies are friendly and always ask if I need something special done. I enjoy having them in my home and love the feeling of a sparkling environment. I have physical limitations and am not longer able to do my own cleaning, so it is wonderful to work with such reliable people. The cleaning products are obviously excellent, given the cleanness of the surfaces, and they don't leave an odor.
