We actually do not purchase a large number of items but what we buy is well packaged and in good condition when it arrives.
The one and only time it did not, the claim process was pain free and within a reasonable time frame we had the replacement parts.
Good company to work with, quality product and customer service.

I work closely with Ian H. from Kelvion and I am always extremely satisfied with his service. In addition the product we purchase works great, we have big semiconductor customers so its important that the items come in on time and work as intended. Zero complaints! Thanks Ian!
