The quality of the product is exceptional. I incorporate the product into a power unit that I sell to the marine industry. They do the job needed and I never get complaints or returns.
I have a great account manager. Kelvion has a history though of late deliveries and lack of communication. Lack of communication is my biggest pain point. I can work with a lot of issues....if I know about them. A customer should never have to chase a supplier for information.
