I appreciate Karissa's attention to detail and her very pleasant nature. She seems open to suggestions, like vacuuming the cat hair that accumulated in the 6 buttons on the ottoman! The cleaning products she uses work well and leave the house smelling good! And seem to keep the house clean for longer! I think she's an angel.

I like a few days a head they send reminders and tracking when your cleaning team is on the way with updates and time of arrival. Naomi arrives says good morning and to work right away. She is friendly pleasant and works very fast but does a good job. She makes sure to tell me she is leaving and will lock up. If I call the office for anything they are just as friendly, nice and caring as Naomi. They answer all questions and take care of you. I feel like they are just not my cleaning company but my friends also. The produce they use do a good job and cause no allergies which I have to some products but not what they use. I'm happy!

I used Merry Maids for a final move out cleaning job when I moved out of my rental unit. Misty did an AMAZING job from top to bottom. When I walked in the next day, the unit smelled like it had been disinfected, sanitized and cleaned by a true professional. Everything from the oven, the fridge, the ceiling fans, baseboards, window sills, between the washer and dryer- EVERYTHING had been cleaned thoroughly. It literally looked like it was ready for the next tenant to move in! I cannot recommend Merry Maids enough. Timely, efficient, professional and thorough. The office staff followed up with me in terms of scheduling and sent reminders the day before. It was a great experience all around. It relieved me of one less stressor during an already stressful time (moving). I would not hesitate to recommend this business to friends or family.
