The two women who have been cleaning at my home are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable about what needs to be done. They do not need direction but listen to my requests and are quick to follow through.

The timeliness, customer service and professional services are excellent. A few most minor details probably could be more adeptly addressed, but overall, an excellent apartment cleaning provider.

Everyone you have sent has been phenomenal! It would be nice if it was the same group more than two weeks in a row so we could get to know them.

This was my first time using Merry Maids. I was very pleased with them. From setting up the appointment, which was done the first time. They answered the phones quickly, they were friendly and helped to set an appointment at my convenience.

When time had come the 2 women were prompt, friendly and asked where I would like them to start and they proceeded to work. They were efficient, through, cleaned up everything as they were going out the door. I would certainly call Merry Maids again if and when I need their help.

The cleaning services are exceptional and the ladies who provide those services cannot be beat. I don't know what I would do without them. They have made my life so much easier and allowed me to do things I didn't have time for, prior to their services.

Does a very thorough cleaning.

I've used Merry Maids for years but dropped the service a couple years ago when I lost my job. I just resumed the service and had my first cleaning with this crew a week ago. They were very thorough and left the house looking fantastic. They suggested vacuuming our rough-sawn cedar beams that are difficult to dust, and they did a great job on them. I don't know what magic product they use on the kitchen stove top but they get that cleaner than I've ever been able to do.

Maids work very hard to get results I’m looking for as a somewhat disabled senior. Equipment and products brought into my residence are okay.
