Our cleaner arrived promptly and was super friendly, kind, explained her process. I showed her around and she did a phenomenal job getting our townhome ready for showings as we’re in the process of moving and selling our home. We definitely will be setting up bi-weekly cleanings once we move and asking for our cleaner to come back out to help with the deep clean after moving out. Greatly recommend!

Most of all, I appreciate the employees of Merry Maids. When I call, a real person answers the phone who is very pleasant and always willing to help in any way. I have used cleaning services provided by Merry Maids for over five years. During this time, I have had only two different 2-person teams. Their employees are long-term. The employees receive training and use products that are friendly to the environment and that do not have strong residual scents -- yet the product leave the house smelling clean. The actual cleaning services of the individuals who do the work is excellent. They are trustworthy, punctual and do not spend time on their phones or visiting with each other. I have always been very pleased.

We love all of the maids that come to our home ! They are always on time, very efficient, polite, and show respect to our home and it's contents.
