All of the staff are wonderful and treat me like family. My house is clean every 2 weeks which makes me very, very happy. I've had housekeepers intermittently and always go back to Merry Maids because they are predictably and reliably good. My housekeepers have good days and bad days. Merry Maids NEVER has bad days! The two times that something hasn't been cleaned to my satisfaction (in 4 years) someone has come back the very next day and fixed it.
